- Please use common sense with anything fire related!!!
- Always have a water source such as a garden hose or 5 gallon bucket of water ready to put your fire out if it ever gets out of control
- Please know fire is unpredictable at times be aware of your surroundings as to not catch them on fire, watch for embers floating in the air to not catch local area on fire
- Keep fires contained within the fire pit no outside of leaned against or anything like that
- Do not touch fire pit within several hours of putting fire out or be ware it may stay hot for a while. Due to way metal reacts it is not recommended to dump a lot of water on the fire pit as it can warp the metal some (unless your fire is out of control) it is best to let it die down naturally as you are getting ready to end your fire just plan ahead and stop putting wood in it to let it die naturally.
- Stay clear of the fire except when putting wood in it and keep fire pit away from any buildings, shrubs, trees and other flammable type things as to not catch anything else on fire
- Keep your wood pile a good distance from the fire pit to not risk catching your wood pile on fire
- Recommended to check with local regulations on fire usage when you are traveling or camping

Painting Instructions
- Art work and other materials including fire pits…. Sand material lightly, then make sure the surface is clean of dust and debris (can use liquor with a rag or some sort of cleaner like that). It is best to lightly do a coat of spray paint first let it become a little tacky then do a couple more little heavier coats and let dry. For best results it is recommended to paint products around 70 degrees or in a warm environment.
- For Fire pits you may try to use a high temp barbeque paint from your local hardware store. There is no guarantee it will hold up over the whole fire pit as the heat may be too much for the fire inside. Or just let it rust naturally and get a natural character to your fire pit.
