COAT RACK WALL MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Tools you may need:
- stud finder (optional)
- drill with ¼ inch drill bit
- Philip screwdriver
- Measuring tape
- Pencil
- Hammer
1. Remove parts from packaging (should be metal art shelf, 1 pine shelf, 1 pack of wall mount hardware)
2. Measure from the ceiling (or floor if not carpet) on the wall to your desired height of shelf and make a mark.
3. For wall stud mounting: Measure over from your mark 28 inches and make a mark (this is the width of the shelf)
You may wish to use a stud finder and line up the center hole of the shelf with a stud in the wall for stability. The 2 hole next to the middle hole are at 16 inch center which is what your studs should be. You may line the 2 of them up with a stud instead if you like then the center hole and the 2 far outer holes will just be in the sheetrock. The blue inserts that come in the mounting kit are used for the sheetrock and for the screw to screw into. If the holes line up with a stud do not use the blue insert. You may or may not need longer screws if you choose to line the holes up with studs inside the wall. Take your drill with the ¼ inch drill bit and drill a hole approx.. 1 inch in the sheetrock. Take a hammer and lightly tap the blue inserts into the holes you drilled. Hold up the shelf and screw the screws into the blue inserts nice and tight but not to strip.
4. For Sheet rock mounting: Measure over from your mark 28 inches and make a mark (this is the width of the shelf)
Measure the width of the holes in the shelf, or hold the shelf up to the wall. Make a mark where the holes in the shelf line up on the wall with a pencil. Take your drill with the ¼ inch drill bit and drill a hole approx.. 1 inch in the sheetrock. Take a hammer and lightly tap the blue inserts into the holes you drilled. Hold up the shelf and screw the screws into the blue inserts nice and tight but not to strip.
5. Now set your shelf on the brackets that come out from the wall and decorate it with picture frames and whatever else you like.
*** Please note because of shipping, moving and mounting on the wall it may be necessary to lightly bend the coat hangers to be even with the others. To do so just grab with your fingers and lightly bend to desired look.***
*** rack is for light coats and light sweatshirts not for heavy heavy coats.

Painting Instructions
- Gun Targets may or may not be painted based upon customer’s preference, as the target is shot it will take off paint anyways. If you do choose to paint Targets it is recommended that you lightly sand product before painting as it will help paint stick to product. It is best to lightly do a coat of spray paint first let it become a little tacky then do a couple more little heavier coats and let dry. For best results it is recommended to paint products around 70 degrees or in a warm environment.
