WELD ON BEADLOCK BOLT KIT
Included in this kit:
(128) 1 ¾ x 3/8 yellow zinc grade 8 bolts
(128) 3/8 yellow zinc grade 8 washers
(128) 3/8 nylock yellow zinc grade 8 nuts
Tools and equipment:
-eye protection glasses or face shield, hearing protection, and suggested leather gloves and anything else for safety
-ratchet with 9/16 socket and wrench
-torque wrench (suggested to get wheels evenly to help prevent air leaking)
Following steps for full outer ring kit
Step 1: Place the outer ring on the outside of the tire and insert a bolt with a washer on it threw the outer ring lining it up with the hole on the inner ring. Do this for 4 to 8 bolts evenly spaced out and hand tighten them. Make sure the tire is centered on the wheel.
Step 2: Install all the other bolts with washer and the nut on the inside of the wheel.
Step 3: Tighten all the bolts to 15 to 20 Ft/lbs recommended with a tq wrench to evenly tighten the bolts. This also helps to seal the wheel and help prevent leakage. This may take 4 to 5 times to go all the way around it is a long process but worth it in the end.
Following steps for our budget builder kit
Step 1: Take 4 outer ring pieces and put 1 bolt with washer in on each end of the 4 pieces lining the bolts up with the holes on the inner ring. These should be spaced evenly on the tire. Note: there should be approximately 1/16 to 1/8 inch gap between each of the 4 sections. Tighten the 2 bolts on each of the 4 pieces hand tight. Make sure the tire is centered on the wheel.
Step 2: Step 13: Install all the other bolts with washer and the nut on the inside of the wheel.
Step 3. : Tighten all the bolts to 15 to 20 Ft/lbs recommended with a tq wrench to evenly tighten the bolts. This also helps to seal the wheel and help prevent leakage. This may take 4 to 5 times to go all the way around it is a long process but worth it in the end.

Please note: Re-torque beadlocks after 1st run. It is also recommended to periodically check the torque and at least once a year
